Jordan Chapell has been a friend of the groom since high school. He taught the groom to play guitar and the groom, in return, taught him about the beauty of motor scooters. They both went to Covenant College for four years, rooming together for one of those years. Jordan works as a financial advisor at Wells Fargo. He lives in the Central West End with his wife Suzanne and their two dogs, Caroline and Toby.
Timmy Cobb has been a friend of the groom since college. They play soccer together and occasionally golf. Timmy moved to St. Louis three years ago and has recently gotten involved in the "Highlander Gang"-- a scooter gang that frequently rides to their soccer games in style and in force. The "Highlander Gang" members include Timmy Cobb, Donny Weir, Jordan Chapell, and the groom.
Ryan Dorsey, the groom's cousin, has been a close friend of the groom's for his entire life. They have traveled the world with their family and are currently involved in many athletic activities like playing golf and ice hockey together. They both enjoy having monthly dinners at the Missouri Athletic Club (thanks to the generosity of their grandparents!). Ryan recently graduated from UMSL and is working at Belmont Party Rentals.
Jordan Egertson was the groom's first friend when he started attending Westminster Christian Academy in 1998. They have remained friends ever since. They both played hockey for Westminster and were on the golf team for a season. Jordan works in trucking transportation logistics with his dad. He and his girlfriend Blair enjoy watching "Sister Wives" with the bride and groom.
Brent Jennings is the groom's brother-in-law. Jen and Brent were married on January 3, 2009. He has been a great addition to the family. Brent is currently a pastor at Chatham Bible Church. He enjoys camping, playing golf occasionally, and spending time with his new family. Brent has become a good friend and teammate in ganging up on Jennifer.
Scott Lyle has become a good friend to the groom over the past year. They both enjoy hanging out, working on their motorcycles, and going for rides. Scott played a major role in bringing the bride and groom together through the tactful exchange of quotes and comments from the couple to make their relationship grow easily. Scott works as a private contractor and he and his wife Jessica have been married for 3 years.
Donny Weir (best man):Donny has known the groom since they were sixteen. They went to high school together and then to college at Covenant. They were roommates for 3 semesters and have remained close after college. They enjoy playing soccer together every Monday. One of the groom's favorite things to do is to play golf and have Donny ride in the cart (it is a birthday tradition). Donny currently studies counseling at Covenant Seminary. He has been a great encouragement over the years.
