Tuscan. Italian. Dressing. Trader Joe's, you have outdone yourself with this one. What an incredible explosion of flavors! It has balsamic vinegar, which is one of my favorite flavors anyway, and Belmont used it to marinate the chicken for our first kebabs tonight! We've never made kebabs together-- what a treat! My man is quite the grill master and tonight's dinner was exceptional. He also had a salad (again, we used the dressing!) and wine ready for tonight. What a sweetheart! (I provided some mashed potatoes out of a box that we had opened in our pantry... my domestic goddess skills seem to be on the decline...)

Today was a great day-- quite productive! I got some thesis work accomplished, wrote some "thank you" cards, had a meeting with my department, had tea and went to Borders with Nika, planned tomorrow's lesson, and graded lots of papers. Then I had a lovely meal to top off a lovely day. Thanks, Belmont! I love you! :)
