Happy Nicholmas! And...

Today is the 6th of December. St. Nicholas' Day! I forgot that I was supposed to put my shoes outside the bedroom door and wait for them to be filled with nuts and fruit. I also didn't fill Belmont's shoes with treats... I guess there's always next year. :)

TODAY WE HAVE BEEN MARRIED FOR 4 MONTHS!!

Can you believe it? Time has flown by. We are loving married life and getting excited about spending the holidays together this year! Lots of time with friends and family!

Speaking of the holiday season, tonight we are planning to go get our Christmas tree with Kevin and Chrissy-- just like last year!


This year, however, we are planning to go to a different tree farm and cut our own tree! We heard about one from a friend that is great and only $3.50 a foot!! Whoa! We are also going to dinner beforehand. Pumped! Belmont doesn't get as excited as I do about the junk food celebrations of my childhood. We are definitely going to have to celebrate that way when we have kids... but for now, a special dinner seems good. :)
